Steve and Deborah Kulish have served in New York City as nationally appointed Assemblies of God U.S. Missionaries (Intercultural Department) since September 1997.

The world changing events of 9/11 spurred the development of ICU Ministry because hundreds of calls for help came to the Kulish’s from pastors and church leaders who needed resources. Gifts in Kind, language specific literature, ministry teams, pastoral care, coaching for church plants and revitalization are just a few of the “helps” that we provide to pastors in the five boroughs of New York City.

The Kulish’s grew up in the PA/DE district and graduated from Zion in 1978. Married for 31 years, they have two sons, John, 13 years old, and Steve Robert, 19.
